I couldn’t have asked for much more from the sales staff here. I traveled more than an hour from Trumbull county to hopefully buy the car I had been eyeing. The trip ended up taking much longer than expected, not to mention my muffler clamp gave out about a mile away from the dealership on my trade in haha. We arrived 10 minutes before closing and everyone was happy to help me out and stayed an hour and a half longer than they needed to make sure I was able to drive the new car home. Thank you to everyone there!

These guys are the best. Very realistic and down to earth and absolutely a pleasure to work with. I had a small issue with the vehicle and they were super fast to get right on! I recommend 👌

Edited review as of March '24. January '23 I leased a 2017 Trax from them, as the car I formerly had was a lemon. I was pregnant with my first child, due the next month, and needed a safer car. At first I was giddy about being approved without having much established credit. I inquired about other vehicles, but was locked into my first choice. There was no test drive offered. Just sit in the front seat and look at all the tech inside, type of deal. Everything seemed great in the beginning. However... Two days after getting the car, the battery died. Service department guys came out and jumped me, replacement battery was installed. No issues. Then a bad wire or short messed up the heater. It wouldn't turn off at all even with the car not running. I called to get it checked out, they said I "ran it too much." It stopped that time. By the time the fall hit, I had tried to get it resolved 3 more times, to no avail. They were either booked, or not super willing to work with me about the issue. I was driving in the winter with my child having to disconnect the battery to avoid having a family friend or a tow company to constantly jump me because within 15 minutes of the car being off, it was dead. The temp on level 4 would turn the heat off. When I leased, I gave them an initial payment for insurance, one that Eshbaugh/Progressive said never got to them immediately. They had my place of employment wrong, on top of the payment being "lost in the ether," as my rep said. I had to step down from my management position, and could no longer make the nearly $640 monthly payments between car and insurance. Credit Acceptance worked with me for a brief (and I mean brief!) period of time. I had a cracked phone and couldn't answer their calls bc of the screen, and so they repoed the car on my daughter's birthday. When I got to respond to them, they gave me a timeline to get the car back. I'm glad I didn't because it was seen in someones driveway today BEFORE DEADLINE. (There were identifying things on the car, that's how I know.) I'm not happy with the overall situation. I didn't appreciate being written off because of my previous car, or the fact that I couldn't keep up with outrageous amounts per month after my finances changed. Kudos to those who have had a good experience with this place. Good luck to anyone new. My lesson has been learned, and I'll be doing a lot more due diligence the next time I go for a vehicle. My business will be taken elsewhere.

I've been financing vehicles since I was 18 years old. Out of all the dealerships we have been to, Magic City showed us the most care that I've ever received. When other places told me no, they took the time and did the work and got us approved! We were in a desperate situation and they showed us the care it took to get us rolling again. If you need a vehicle, please check with this family owned business! They will treat you right!

Had the pleasure to deal with Andrew (sales), Mike (GM), and Kathy (Finance). Such a quaint family owned business. They have great cars in excellent condition at reasonable prices. Mike went above and beyond to meet my stringent budget requirements. Despite me being out of state and financing the car with my bank, the process was smooth and efficient. Even my bank manager was impressed with Mike. Worth the 3 hour drive. Please consider this used car dealership when making your purchase. They treat you like family. Super happy with my car :)

Transmission, alignment Had transmission issues and had a valve cover gasket leaking and needed an alignment on my 2013 cadillac ats. The folks at Magic City Motors jumped right on the issues and addressed them and replaced the transmission , fixed the valve cover gasket and gave my car an alignment. They got the car done faster then I thought they would my car run just beautifully. Everyone at Magic City Motors very friendly and eager to please and make the customer happy . What a fantastic place to do business with and will continue to recommend friends and family to Magic city motors for their car needs. Thank you guys for making this a wonderful experience.
